From the design and engineering phase to the finished timber frame. Here is a wonderful example of a
New England post and beam home.

Using traditional joinery and hand hewn white pine timbers the frame is craned into place and raised by Vermont Timber Works. Our crew does a great job, they have fun and it shows.

Look at the
hand hewn timber, this frame looks like it's been in place for years and years.

From the kitchen area, throughout the first floor, you can see the post and beam construction and the warmth it creates.

Looking up to the loft and the 2nd floor area, this frame is a full timber frame, no doubt about that.

Here is our 2nd floor, they skylights add desired natural light. Very pretty.

Done. Now that is a New England Post and Beam Home. The addition in hand hewn white pine looks like it has always been there...Congrats Vermont Timber Works.
