Post and Beam Porte Cochere

What the heck is a porte cochere? That was a question I asked when first started working with Vermont Timber Works. Doug answered " it's a fancy carport"...SO there you go. Need a timber frame fancy car port? Vermont Timber can build one for you.

So that's what you call those things! I never knew that. Just goes to show, though, that any structure is better when it's a timber frame!
